A new paramagnetic oxygen sensor has been presented, which uses a simple physical principle to detect the oxygen concentration by changing the flow distribution in a three channel system subjected to an in plane magnetic field gradient. It is fabricated with standard MEMS processes and needs low resources in assembly, space, and power.
